ReplyDeleteSteve, I make a trip twice a year to Napa to purchase some of my favorite wines. Since tasting your 1st bottle, I now travel down the coast to pick up a few cases of your wine to round out my trip. It is comparable to Napa's greatest treasures. You sould be proud. Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteI thought the wine was excellent. My husband Ken dosen't drink spirits because of health reasons, but I think it is outstanding. It has a mountain fragrance that makes it great and I am sure it is because of the personal care that Steve LeBard gives his wine. Keep the production

Great red wine! Even my husband loves it, and he generally isn't a big wine drinker. Very smooth and a great taste~
ReplyDeleteI do not consider myself to be an expert on wines, but I know something good when I taste it. Lebard’s is distinctly different from other wines. It has a full rich body with a slight oak taste. Wineries in California are big or small and distinguished by many different characteristics. Lebard’s wine is exceptional by its taste, as well as the story, told by the owner himself, Steve Lebard. A small grower who personally oversees and manages every process, from planting the grapes to creating the label on the bottle. Every detail is taken into consideration to insure the experience of drinking Lebard’s is personal and memorable. This is a wine you would expect to find in the reserve section. Yet, it is very reasonably priced. The taste will draw you back again and again.

To your potential customers: If your looking for a quality wine from a small vineyard you have found it. At $15 a bottle this is a great opportunity to have excellent bottle of wine from a central coast vineyard.
Your wine quite simply speaks for itself as do all your ventures in life. Anyone that has had the opportunity to try your wine will agree. Keep up the good work!

ReplyDeleteI recall the wine to have been excellent the first time I tried it months ago, but I had to buy some more to be sure. We bought a couple of bottles and if I'm not mistaken, its even better. We took a bottle to our friends for dinner and it was enjoyed by all. Of all the great qualities discussed, the smooth finish received multiple mentions. Great work Steve, Thanks!

The thing that occurred to me the most while completely enjoying your wine is the fact that I don't really enjoy wine! Must have been a situation where I had just never tried the right wine! You have made me a believer! Your attention to detail and passion can be enjoyed with every sip. Keep up the great work!
ReplyDeleteI can still remember first tasting LeBard's wine. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I got the greatest surprise of my limited-but-experienced wine-tasting life. It was rich, full-bodied, and had a flavor that made me sip it faster than any other wine I've enjoyed, before or since.

LeBard Syrah is out of the park, a homerun! LeBard Syrah has a slight hint of smoke and taste of dark berries. This wine can be enjoyed with most all foods especially grilled meats.
